Website owner, the offering, and binding of Terms
This website is owned and operated by Jacqueline Jackson t/a Lozziwoo. These Terms set forth are the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors the ability to view and purchase my designs on greeting cards and canvases and to view and purchase gifts selected by us, produced by other companies. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Who can use our website; What are the requirements to create an account
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
Key Commercial Terms
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and VAT/sales tax is available on the payments page.
Payment Terms

Greeting Card Orders
All greeting cards ordered from our Poynton Boutique or via the online shop facility of this website are classed as bespoke, made to order items, and are subject to the terms set out below.
Bespoke, Made to Order Items
-
All items ordered and paid for that are classed as bespoke and made to order are made after we receive your order and payment.
-
They are made to the specifications laid out on the product description page, with the specific requirements you request via the personalisation element of the order.
-
The information you enter on the order is copied directly onto the item ordered and although we check what we produce for errors against that provided, we do not check the information you provide for any errors of any kind.
-
We strongly recommend that you check any personalisation requests you make carefully, as these are not checked by us for accuracy and cannot be altered once the order is completed.
-
As these items are made especially for you, they are excluded from any returns or refund policy - no returns or refunds will be accepted unless it is as a result of a manufacturing defect or transit damage. Any errors in the order that are as a result of an error typed will not be refunded or replaced.
Sizes
All sizes quoted are approximate. As the majority of the items offered for sale on this website and in our Poynton Boutique are handmade, variations in the physical size can occur from time to time as each item is made. These size variations are very small but we highly recommend waiting until you have received the item if you are planning on placing it into something purchased elsewhere. We reserve the right to alter the size of any product at any time.
Colours
The colour of any item shown on this website is subject to various tolerances and are a guide only. We aim to correctly reflect the true colour of the item during the process of putting the item on this website, from photography, processing and page design, however, variations can occur as a result of the screen you are using to view the item and because the majority of our items for sale are handmade, variations in colour can occur whilst they are being made. We reserve the right to alter any colour of any product at any time.
Return and refund policy
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the purchaser (though the original shipping cost will be refunded); and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: bespoke orders (cards and canvases), any item of jewellery, any item that has been used. All refunds will be completed upon receipt of the item.
